Jeevani Charika writes romcoms and multicultural women’s fiction. She also writes romantic comfort reads as Rhoda Baxter. Her books have been shortlisted for multiple awards. She has a DPhil in Microbiology (where she worked on Rhodobacter species) and a day job working as an Intellectual Property adviser for universities.
She teaches novel writing, copyright basics and other things useful for writers. One of things she’s passionate about is helping writers understand the traditional publishing industry (and sometimes self publishing too) by explaining complex things in an easy to understand way.
When not writing or working, she’s busy being a mum and a carer. Sometimes (okay, often), she stops for cake.
